I haven't used multi displays much. Currently I have a 24" 1080p monitor, and I occasionally game on a 40" 1080p TV. When I plug the TV into the GPU, the monitor goes off and comes back on after a couple of seconds but the text seems a bit larger and slightly blurry.

Should that be happening and is it avoidable?
