GTX 980 Bottleneck?

Hey, i was looking to buy a new graphics card ( a GTX 980 ) But 1st of all don't know which 1 to go for. Im looking to spend about £450 on it. They all look the same to me really. Do i pretty much go with any of them and look for the best boost clock?

But the main thing i want to know is, will it be bottle necked by my CPU ect?
I have a i5 3570k Ivy bridge @ 4.2 and my motherboard is a ASUS P8Z68-V GEN 3. I have 16mb RAM so guessing i should be find on that part at least.

That's it basically. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks ;)

You may have to update your BIOS on the board.

Yeh my case is pretty big, BitFenix case. can't remember what its called now though. I have a 660ti in there atm which fits just fine. I think the PSU is 850 OCz.

Yeh those are the ones i looked at and just from the stats i understand ( clock speed ). The MSI is the best then? clock wise? or am i missing something. Like OC potential / power consumption ect.

1 last question, if my bro was to want to upgrade to a GTX 980 with his I7 920 @4ghz would he have problems with bottle necking? He has more than enough room and power so mainly CPU he is worrying about. ( He only has a GTX 480 atm ) Thanks for the original reply.
 
The MSI is the fastest of those and has an excellent cooler.

If it has Samsung RAM then it should do 8000MHz on that and atleast 1500 on the core.

Your bros CPU is probably fine too.
