GTX 980 or 1070?

I've found this GeForce GTX 1070 HerculeZ Twin X2 8192MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card on paper it looks better than the GTX 980Ti I was looking at and its cheaper, but which one is the best ?

i would go with 1070, newer card, longer driver support, new features,etc.

Definitely the GTX 1070.

The new cards will be supported better going forward, and will get faster as drivers mature. Also they are much better than the old 980 Ti in DX12 games and Virtual Reality.

Or wait for Vega56. IF it is £350 at launch then thats a great deal. It's looks faster than a 1070 in most games.
