GTX 980

Hi People,

Starting to think about my next build.
Planning to go for white and wondered what single or SLI graphic cards to get.
Thinking about GTX 980 or two 970 if everyone agrees its a better bet?

Must have option to have white writing on it though as in the GTX980 bit.

Anyone know if these are changeable now?

Actually, I think I may have found the answer.
Yes you can with a bit of software it appears.
Anyone able to confirm?

It's impossible to advise you without knowing your monitor resolution and refresh rate.

I think hes asking if you can change the colour of the geforce logo.

I believe some can be changed in GeForce experience. But some cant be changed at all and need the colourd filter changing to your prefered colour

980ti all the way, sli is nice when it is working properly. Also, there's the issues of increased heat in your case, which can affect other components too. More noise, higher power draw. I recently made the move from sli 780, (similair performance to 970 sli) to a single 980ti. A much more hassle free arrangement.

Well 2x 970 are faster than one 980 when there both running right together. But if you can afford 2 970s then get he 980ti as it will only be slightly slower when both 970s are fully going out, but many times it will be much faster in games that ain't as good with sli. Generally one faster card is better than two slower ones.
