i have the old one here, but its packed up ready for its new owner, so trying it out again will be a last resort.

last time it did this it booted with one stick of ram. this time it wont, ive tried both.

the time before it would only boot if i moved mouse to a different usb slot. then it booted but the mouse wouldnt move.

everything > gigabyte ds3

Is the PSU modular? if so are you sure that you've plugged the pci-e connectors into the pci-e outlets on the psu? i tried to look your psu up on OCUK shop but couldn't find the one you describe so i don't know if it is modular.

I have a BFG 8800GTX OC2 running on my Enermax Liberty 500w and its perfectly happy so you should be having no probs.

no it aint modular.

Its the right pci-e adaptors as i used them on my 1950xt.

im pretty sure its a system problem because my saitek keyboard isnt lighting up on start up, which it did do before. however the razer does.

what amps does the 12v rails provide?if you could run an x1900 then i should think it should run a gtx, but that coould eb an issue...

My psu has 2x22A 12v rails and its all fine

i think my psu might have died.

system wont post after i take out either gfx card and reset the cmos. this is with dvd and hdd disconnected, so just fans (one of which isnt working anymore) cpu and motherboard plugged in.
