GTX issues?

Chaps, and chapesses,

My 8800GTX goes well, BUT i get minor graphical errors in FEAR and Company or Heroes. everything else seems fine though, but these two games are hardware hammerers.

also, if i try and set 16xAA in any game, it crashes moaning about graphics card error.

BFG are offerring an RMA, which will leave me PC-less for a short while. But are these issues really HW related?

I am on XP SP2, latest forceware 8800 drivers (clean install), 850w PSU, rest in sig...

i also get artifacts detected in ATI tool with very mild overclocks (ram wont go past 950)
any advice?

RMA is the way. You could get another card in the mean time, and then sell it again when your GTX comes back.

Does sound like an RMA is needed, no problems at all here playing Fear again on my GTS.

I would RMA it, Company of Heroes on full settings never crashes for me. Running at stock though.
