So I've been playing with MSi Afterburner and the voltage curve, and no matter what I do, I can't keep it to keep a stable (for example) 1980MHz @ 1V.

The frequency just keeps bouncing up and down and doesn't stay consistent.

Thing is it's under 80 degrees and certain things like the stress test in GPU Z does keep it at highest frequency so why not games ?
