gtx260 settings

I'm trying to find out what setting I can run my gtx260 in MW2 multi
I have the GPU core @660 mem@ 1200 shadders @ 1500 so its clocked well
but I am not sure as to what the card can do can I max the nvidia settings
or is there a best for AA, AF, supersamling or multi and so on for best frame rate
and quality

MW2 is an easy game to get high frames in.

I had a clocked 260 card and I was getting 80+ frames on 1680x1050

Are you talking about Nvidia Control Panel? I would suggest leaving the options there at default and changing in-game to max, AAx4, max resolution you can run and AFx16.
