GTX275 crashing

My Palit GTX 275 bought from Oc 10 months ago is crashing, its ok when playing games at 1680 but crank it up to 1920 on my Dell 24" screen and 'crash'

It also crashes in SiSoft sandra graphic bench tests

I'm using the latest 258.96 drivers... Any thoughts.

nv4_disp hangs up a PC most likely when your GFX is o/c'ed, temps are too high, or messy drivers & DirectX.

Its a new install on XP Pro and clean install of drivers , before anti virus, its not clocked although myQ6600 is..

Fresh install of COD WAW
