From the GTX 560TI?
I have no idea as i have never used water Cooling for GPU's.
Others around here and might know, but it would help them to know what that water block is.

the waterblock will not fit, unless it is a universal block.

It would help to give us a budget before we can offer suggestions, but for around £240 a 7950 would be a decent upgrade.
