got myself a new card and running latest beta drivers.
Problem is, sometimes i get a blank screen like the card just cuts out.
it is slightly overclocked, shall i loose the OC or could it be the drivers or mabye the card itself?

Does the display driver crash?
EDIT* try uninstalling the nvidia HD audio drivers

EVGA told me to do that but I've still got problems :/ ill email them back and will post back incase others face this problem.

Is the clock you have done a factory overclock, or one you have done yourself? if it is the factory overclock, then it shouldn't do that (is designed to be stable).

If it is crashing from your own overclock, then it probably isn't stable.

Run a furrmark stress test http://www.ozone3d.net/benchmarks/fur/, and see what happens. If it crashes after a lengthy stress test (30mins-1hr+) then it is obviously your overclock.

What are your clocks?

I have the 560ti maximum graphics edition (that came with Crysis 2 and etc) and this is mine:

- Core clock - 970mhz
- Memory clock - 2120mhz
- Drive version - 8.17.12.8026

It comes factory overclocked at 900mhz (I think) so getting it up to 970 and everything is running very stable.
