Can't really say I need to upgrade from my 570 just yet. Maybe I'm just getting older but the epeen need to have the latest cards has gone. Seeing that the new GPU's are more about marketing for the company concerned as opposed to anything positive for consumers, I can't see the need to upgrade just yet. the 570 still has loads of grunt for gaming.

Same with the CPU although the CPU/MOBO/RAM is getting upgraded after my wedding. The q9550 still mows through all I though at it.

Any other 570 owners still happy to keep their card for a while yet?

Yup, I've just recently upgraded to a GTX570 from a GTX275 (Cost me £50 to upgrade) More than enough grunt for any game I've thrown at it.

The 570s clock very well. Running mine at 850/1990 (Can get 900/2040 @ 1.1v, but runs hot :-)

From the benchmarks these cards (Overclocked) are around the same pace as the standard GTX660s (Non Ti's)

I have a 570, but I feel the itch. But there's always something even better round the corner and I keep failing to press the trigger. Am too much of a tightwad :p

I have the 570 gainward phantom so probably one of the best 570s u can have i think.

Does me fine really. Plays arma 3 nicely, sto nicely tho there are fps issues in certain events but thats cos of the game not my card as during them events the gpu is only used about 40% so not the cards fault.

Cant really complain tbh if theres a game that it wont play decently on high or max i just adjust the few options that dont really matter too much like shadows or ssao or aa maybe and then fps are fine.

Maybe when games start being demanding and requiring a card to reach 50 on highish settings then ill get somit new but i cant see that happening for a few years yet.

Running a Gigabyte 570 SOC here. If it weren't for a few mods, then I wouldn't even be thinking about upgrading mine atm.

The proof of the pie will be how it handles Misery 2.0.

I've got one of those too, really good cards.

Keep looking at other cards behind its back but not gone for anything yet as I don't "need" a different card. The 570 plays everything I throw at it fine, and that's at 2560x1440.

I'm feeling the itch but I think my Asus 570 DCII will be fine for me until the prices come down a bit after the 800 series launch and I can finally upgrade.

Too many people are quick to jump to the latest and most expensive card when what they already have is still perfectly fine. Personally I will keep what I have whilst it is still doing a good job of running high settings. Will be keeping my 680 a couple of years I suspect :)
