Gtx670 issues

Hi there,

Hope we are all well.

Got a slight problem with my PC at the moment.

I'm running a GTX 670 with an I7 3770k processor, 16GB Memory and a P8Z77-V LK Motherboard, SSD

Things where great in the beginning, smooth frame rate, looked sharp etc etc.

Recently, the frame rate has really fallen through the roof. For example 60FPS in Borderlands 2 and 120FPS in CS:GO.

I'm concerned that something is not working well and I'd really appreciate some help.

anything changed recently drivers, hardware etc ?

What are the gpu temps like when gaming ?

Hardware the same from day one (except new moniter, keyboard and mouse.

I have tried many different drivers from the earliest to the latest. Now on the latest drivers... Hmm.

Gpu temp is running at around 76 degrees at full load.

Well it will thermally throttle at 70°C but that should not drop performance dramatically, what res are you running

It's running at 1920 x 1080p. Interesting that you bring up the temperature issue, ill change the fan settings tomorrow...

What drivers are you using? I was getting all sorts of frame rate issues with 312.22. Problems such as the gpu's just not waking up in games leading to single figure fps

Since I rolled back to 314.21 all my problems completely vanished
