GTX680 been perfect since I've been bought it, quiet cool, brilliant card and been 2 months in new 4790k build and about a year in a 2500k system. No issues caused.

Till yesterday. Random reboot. Thought nothing of it powercut or something.

Checked event log and nothing there (just unexpected shutdown).

Then was watching some youtube video later on in the night and reboot and then since then reboot every time after windows loads.

At this time I thought try system restore, chkdsk, sfc and came back fine.

Safe mode seemed fine so tried uninstalling nvidia drivers then ddu removal fine till re-installed drivers and instant rebooting again.

So thought re-install Windows time as you can spend more time resolving the problem and rebuilding be quicker.

So after installing windows all fine till nvidia drivers then bam. nvidia drivers from Windows update bam.

Now other things I've tried is I had a single psu feed with 2 pci-e ends running for last 2 months on corsair ax860 so tried dual feed instead no change.

Updated Asus Ranger Z97 BIOS as off chance of incompatibility but last 2 months been fine made no difference.

Different PCI-E socket no difference

Before I formatted drivers were always updated so that was 440? but been trying 337 and what is available on windows update.

Now is this a sign the GTX680 is a RMA time as tried pretty much every option or another solution not fan of HD4600 graphics!
