GTX680DUII + GPU TWEAK = RED SCREEN

I been using evga precisionx for while and because gpu tweak came with my gtx680duII top i decided install it.

Problem is that i get random red full screen and have to hard reset the pc as it gets not responsive.

Uninstalled it and its fine ever since.

After a quick google search also found that cpu-z causes this.

How can asus sell a card so expensive and that causes conflits with their own software?

Uninstall Gpu tweak as causes issues,you may need to do a clean driver install.I had the same prob and this cured it,hope this helps.Not trying to get you but down but I had to return mine today as once I sorted the red screen out,then the random crashes started.Hopefully the latter will not affect your card.

6x0 + GPU Tweak = red screen

Had this with a 670, uninstall it, use PX instead

Asus's own tweak software has always caused issues like this which is slightly amusing. Smart Doctor or whatever it was that came bundled with the Asus 8800GT used to cause it to crash after 30 minutes with the same overclock as entered via rivatuner (which was rocksolid) I can't even see how its possible but it was reliably reproducable.

Yes remove gpu tweak and its fine
