GTX780 and FT02 - ordering today

Looking at installing a 780 into my Silverstone FT02 - I can't decide whether to go for the standard leaf blower cooler or a windforce (have a leaf blower now and it's too loud!!)

I want to go for the windforce but can't find a definitive answer on how it will perform with the rotated motherboard.

Do you think the windforce will be ok?

The standard cooler on the card is meant to be very quiet according to most reviews, and with a fortress ft02 it'll be getting a good supply of air to keep it cool.

I would advise the blower cooler in the ft02.

The heatpipes that travel downwards away from the core will be hampered by mavity.

The standard cooler is really quiet compared to similar leaf blower types. Shifts a lot of heat out of the case as well. I think heating bills will drop when the weather gets cold

Went with the Gigabyte with the standard cooler. Pics to follow tomorrow with any luck.

I've got a Windforce 3X in the RV02 and temps are perfectly fine and fans are set at ridiculously low. Either cooler I'm sure will be fine.
