What is the noise like?

Best to go with reference blower cards in sli. With non ref types the hot air gets trapped between them leading to much higher temps on the top card. And as the heat is dumped into the case other components heat up more to.

no, the 970 runs so cold that i wouldn't worry about it...........believe me :D

it's worth the 280 quid just to get temps as low as 70 degrees, i'm really jealous

oh yes, it's easily the best card i've ever seen, you'll get bigger cards etc, but nothing that's right on the sweet spot like this is.. this is the card that others will be based on, small compact and cold running
