GTX980 Which one?

The EVGA card is quieter, but has lower default clock speeds (not a factor if you are overclocking) and is more expensive (by £10 :) ).

The Gigabyte is the opposite compared to the EVGA card, and has a potential for higher overclocks due to a larger cooler design. This is not a given though.

Depends what is a factor for you - price, noise, space, looks etc.
 
evga all day long as i am not keen on the looks of the windforce cooler. Performance wise they are on equal ground so just choose the one you like the looks of best.

+1 EVGA. They have a great Step-Up program as well should you need it in the first 90 days. I have just taken advantage of this myself on my 970 FTW to Step-Up to an FTW+

i know its neither of the ones you asked about but i bought a galax soc 980gtx KFA 2 weeekend on special with overclockers.co.uk at 400£. Cracking card 6th fastest score on heaven benchmark thread single gpu , would highly recommend :)
