GTX980Ti temperatures - help!

It's grand now after I gave the AIO a shake.

Far more disappointed with the response to the problem on the technical help forum though.

'80c is fine nothing to worry about' was the repeated line even though I tried to explain that that's totally unacceptable for an AIO/fan hybrid.

Ah sorry I didn't read the whole thread. Fingers crossed its sorted now.

Agree with you re the shoddy tech support. 80c is far too warm.
 
That response was outrageous. This is why I'll always buy from EVGA or other top tier brands. An extra £50 for peace of mind for the next couple of years? Hell yes.
 
Well I am very confident that the temp should not go that high. With my 970 I had a similar problem. I sent it back and the new one is all good. Just faulty. My GPU runs at 33 degrees Celsius roughly.
