I don't know if this has been mentioned already but the Windows 10 upgrade icon now recognises the GTX980Ti and allows you to reserve the upgrade.

Ahh doesnt for me but now you've mentioned it - I was running a HD7950 when I accepted it

Same boat as me, got the upgrade, just checked now and apparently I can't cause of the 980ti

The icon is on my mates pc too who has a 980ti. But another mate has a dodgy copy of windows and doesn't have the icon. Im buying the full retail version myself.

Possibly a gpu driver issue, I'm on one of the recent hotfix versions, os is windows 7 64 hp.

Yeah thinks its down to non WHQL drivers.

I don't know what is going on. I've got the latest official drivers and, up to now, I've been getting the 'won't work' message as well. Windows did an update on my system this afternoon and after the restart I could reserve the upgrade! I've not changed the drivers so assumed that the compatibility list had been updated by Microsoft. I've had an email saying my upgrade has been reserved for download on 29th July.

I updated from the preview to the full version with no problem at all. Recognising my 980Ti and windows is giving me driver updates for it too
