so 2600k running at 4.7 and i have a 10 deg diffrence betwee core 0 and the other cores at full load :/

prime 95 test gives me temps of

Core 0 = 52 / Core 1 = 62 / Core 2 = 61 / Core 3 = 59

still no heat issues but still annoying as hell anything i can so to sort this?

I had the same with my Q6600. Core 3 always 7-10c cooler than the rest. It was always the first / only core to fail Prime when overclocking as well. Almost as if it was generating less heat because it was receiving less volts.

Core 2 on my new chip is cooler than the rest. Not sure if anything can be done to alter this.

Totally normal. My old 2600k did exactly the same.

None of your cores are too hot though, so what does it matter? One of my cores is hotter than the other three. It's normal.

mX-4 paste is good to keep cores all about same temps 2-4 difference across all cores

My first i5 had perfects temps.
