Ok, so i am putting together my first loop tonight.

Have a guess what temps i get, I'll answer tomorrow - or I'll ask lots of questions about why my loop isn't working!

Details:

GPU only loop, CPU is on air.
2 x 7950s, cooled in parallel, one is a WF the other a Sapphire OC.
Pump- D5
Rad EX360
Overclock 1200/1200/1600

Please guess the 3 following temps:

Idle:
Stock load:
Full overclock load:

24/39/45 depending how hot the room is, my lightning at 1340/1970 1.36/1.7v is only just touching 46c on load.

Well the average guess is lower than i was hoping for, so that is good news, I hope you are all right.

Monkey: What would you like as a prize?

Well I am only watercooling because the GPUs are so hot and noisy, the CPU is fine with its NH D-14.

I could add the CPU but would probably need another rad, so cost is probably another £130 to cool a CPU that doesn't really need it.

Saying that i will probably add it in at a later date, it will mean i can have 2 fewer noisy fans in the case.

WOW - Watercooling is amazing!

Also, i'm an idiot, i bought the wrong crossfire pipes, so i was only able to loop up one card, which is annoying, but the temps are more than i could have asked for:

idle: 23
load: 31 (one loop heaven)
overclock: 38 (one loop heaven)

Also my CPU temps have gone down loads now i don't have 2 cards pumping hot air into them. Can't wait to get the second card hooked up.

dont use furmark. its been shown to kill cards. and is in no way indicative of game performance.

also will be a lot warmer with the second card in
