Guess that Plug type!

Need to extend a cable on my Altec Lansing 5051GT 5.1 Surround Speakers. So where would I buy one of these cables and what would I be asking for.

Looks like a 3 pin mini-DIN, it'll be a job finding one pre-made i'd have thought.

I'd get the current cable and cut the end off, then solder some phono connectors for the individual speakers. At least that way you'll have osme sort of standard connection on everything.

But they plug into the sub and there'd be no output to them you see.... Did think about opening up speaker and extending it that way.

So I need in theory Mini DIN A as shown here.
