Here's how i got it working if you need to know.

download dosbox

mount the folder once you've extracted syndicate somewhere, for me it was:

mount c C:\Users\Family\Documents\Syndicate

then use the dos commands to find your way to the 'main.exe' file.

It was indeed a brilliant game, I still play it whenever I can.

Surely it sucks in comparison to Civ IV: BTS though?
