Guidance deactivating Windows account login / Windows 8

Guys,

I'm not much of a Windows 8 user and someone has asked me something regarding it. Basically I had a look at family PC with one login called 'User', the family wanted to download something from the Windows Store, a couple of games, in order to do this they had to login to their Windows account. Once they had done this that one user login named 'User' changed to the persons Windows Store account name and now when they boot the PC up they have to put the password in for that account to login into Windows.

How can I reverse these changes? I need to send them the guide on how to do it!

You could simply turn off the need to input a password on login..

google is your friend to find out how to turn it off...

if you delete the windows account and just use the local 'user' account I am not sure if you can access the apps from the store.
