Hi Guys,

I don't usually come to this forum, but for this question I am...for some reason but ok :).

Anyway to the point.

I don't know what to do to drain my watercooling loop, I want to remove all liquid so I can take my cpu block apart to clean.

Here are photos to my system, maybe it can help on where to drain.

I was thinking to unscrew the bottom of the Reservoir for all the water to come out but what's everyone elses thoughts?

Thanks guys.

O ok then, that would be the pump then, but if I pull the tube out won't water splatter out everywhere from the pump?

The thing is my pump is really stuck to the base and it is nearly impossible to remove.

well would need to try get whatever part it is outside of your case first before taking the tubing off, can be tricky to do sometimes.

You could put a drain line in for next time time though :)

looking at your rig i think i would unscrew the res turn case so the window side face down on edge of table ,then the res should move to be the low point easily and drain from top of res
i would think it would be easier than trying to remove the tube from the pump
