"Guide" Fix Youtube Buffer issue On Virgin Media :)

I recently moved house and have gone from a BE connection with a 24mb sync to Virgin 20mb.

To say I am extremely underwhelmed as to how well YouTube works over the Virgin connection is an understatement!
 
Its it a virgin issue, as I can use a vpn and I have no issues at all with youtube, I disconnect from my vpn and just go back to virgin and have poor youtube performance.

Its their terrible packet shaping they use to handle their bandwidth in the evenings.
 
Having moved and now finding myself back on VM Cable (30mb/s) again, the buffering is clearly Virgin 'tinkering' with Youtube traffic.

A bog stand Sky ADSL connection handles 720p (even 1080p) whenever I wanted, just fine. Tomorrow I'll try the blocking stuff.
