Guide for OpenVPN client on OSX?

Does such a thing exist? There are VPN options in networking, does it support OpenVPN or do I have to use a third part app to get support?

It supports PPTP and L2TP. If you want to use OpenVPN then the best options are TunnelBlick or Viscosity. Google a guide there allover the web.

Yeah I have TunnelBlick working at the moment, was just wondering if you could use the inbuilt options.

Only for PPTP or L2TP connections.

What are you trying to do? Connect to a home/work network via VPN or to a VPN service to route your Internet traffic?

PPTP, L2TP and OpenVPN are just different VPN protocols. Listed in order of how secure they are.

Route internet traffic. It's fine...from that article, OpenVPN is clearly the best option so I'm happy with Tunnelblick.
