Guide for this anyone?

Is there a guide for overclocking an i7 920 D0 with an EX58 UD3R 1.6 mobo? It'll be my first overclock so i want to do everything right (and not break anything lol). I'll be getting my cooling and airflow sorted hopefully on tuesday so i might start then, providing i'm confident enough. Any help please?

Here's a guide - link - to clocking an i7 920 upto 4GHZ on the p6t dlx v2.

I realise it's a differnet MB but the basic principles will apply and should help you understand the process more fully and acchieve a healthy clock.

There are guides out there for the UD3/5 motherboards but the ones i have found have links to competitors - try googling 'i7 920 UD5 overclocking guides' or similar.
