Guide me!

Ok built up a new system about 2 months ago, now i want to OC it.

AMD64 3200+ Venice
ASUS A8n5x mobo
1 Gb unbranded ram
6800GS

It's all in a Thermaltake shark, 2x 120mm fans, stock fan+heatsink on cpu.

cpu-z shots (not sure if they'll help or not)

sett the HTT to 4x, ram to 333mhz and raise the FSB of the cpu until it becomes unstable. If it is under 250mhz fsb add some vcore (1.45v) if it is over 250mhz lower the HTT tp 3x.
