The manual would detail everything you need to know about the BIOS, but a quick search on Youtube reveals a variety of videos 'walking through' all elements of the BIOS, but obviously it varies depending on what board you have. Hope this was of some help

This is one for Asus ROG Z87 boards I've used though the majority of settings will apply to other boards. Assuming of course your using a Z87/97 board.
