Guide to overclocking my mobo

Hi guys, i've looked around for a specific guide to overclocking my motherboard (spec in sig) but can't seem to find one. I want one for my motherboard as i'm a complete noob at overclocking and basically need a step-by-step instruction manual.

Anyone know where I can get hold of one?

What do you mean by overclocking your Motherboard? :| North and South Bridge?

Ah sorry didn't make it very clear. I want to overclock my CPU but on my current motherboard

you use your motherboard to overclock components such as ram/cpu
you need a guide to overclock with your motherboard

why not try this [mods delete if not allowed]

or look at the guide on here to get a good grip of overclocking

if you need some further help...

custom pc magazine has a good starter guide to the bios in this month and an overclock example
