Guides for Joomla! Use?

Hey fellas,
Simple query really, I'm currently trying to set up a website using Joomla!, but I lack any experience in CMS systems or anything simiar. I've googled around but can find little but pap free guides and pay-for-booklets. Can anyone point me in the direction of some relatively comprehensive information on how to create my site using the Joomla! package?
