Forgot the password to my account, and don't have the email with the serial code you apparently need to change your password with. contacted their support and after 3 days of questions such as the card number used the buy the game and date i bought the game ...etc and they still wont give me access to my account.

The only way they are going to give me my serial code to change my password is if i some how recover the email with the serial code in it. which is pointless as i wouldn't need to contact them in the first place if i had that email!!!!!!!

Does this not seem a bit over the top for an mmo to have more account security than most online bank account!!!! they dont even allow you to set security questions, nor choose your own user name as they add 4 numbers on the end. plus i also found out that i might remember password, but because they blacklisted 2 trillion passwords a while back my account might be locked until i reset the password anyway so again i need the damn serial code which they wont give me. i am raging, spent 50 quid on the game and now i can't play it:mad::mad::mad:
 
Are you actually a Chinese gold farmer trying to steal somebody's account?

e: on a serious note, yes, it is silly. Account security is taken far too seriously, but then it's better than having your account cleared out by the above.

they only asked for the last 4 digits and i gave them the name on the card to, but i don't have the order number, again in the email, so they are refusing access to my account due to lack of financial proof, the only thing i can offer them is a screen cap of the bank records with a payment to them on the card when i bought the game
