Hey all,
In the hopefully not too distant future, i will be looking at getting a new amp to go with my Epiphone Dot.
I was originally looking at getting myself a Marshall DSL-401, but recently I have moved away from playing overdriven stuff and have started to play more bluesy, clean stuff, even a bit of country lol
This kinda screws things up a bit, cos as much as i love the Marshal crunch and grunt, the clean stuff really doesn't make me go 'oooo...ahhhh.....'. I was thinking of maybe a Fender, but i have no idea where to start, maybe a blues junior?
This is where you come in, all advice gratefully received :)
if anyone has any demos they could post, that would also be very cool.
Oh, and if anyone listened to the Brian Setzer vid lesson on this months total guitar, i love that sound....
Oh yeah, was looking at spending 350 on the dsl, so around or pref below that would be cool....
Apologies for the long post, but I can't get to a music shop to try stuff out any time soon, and i hate going in with no clue anyway :)
Cheers all!

Check out the Fender HRDs. Id like to pick one up as a rehearsal amp, its pretty versatile. Doesnt do real heavy, which you dont want anyway, but has a nice clean, Fender clean(!), and some cool overdrive sounds too.

Might be worth a look.
