Nothing about it that I've ever read in the FAQ, that and I can't see what a scan in of magazine review could do

That said... whomever did that scan seriously needs a new scanner, or at least learn how to use one... those are awful quality!

Scans have always been taken down in the past.

They break copyright law which is why scans posted here usually get taken down but he's not actually posted the scans here just a link to a page that has them up. So I dunno.
