Guitar Hero view points

ok, is it just me or are the views for Guitar Hero just all wrong? I am playing the guitar, so why am i watching someone play the guitar?
I would rather have like a guitarist eye view when playing. Looking out over the crowd and across the stage at other band members i think would be so much cooler. Think of it when Rock Band comes out, if you are the drummer, you see the view from a drumkit, rather than watching a drummer play the drums. It would also mean that the different venues would actually look different when playing.
I think they should at least include this as a view tbh. But i am probably alone in it.

hmm, it would be a nice option but it would require a fair amount of work on the venues and the crowd animations (which at the moment are utterly crap)

Mmmm hey may be thy should add a "head Bang " Cam where the screen goes back and forth with the beat as if you was having a good mosh

Or Stage Dive mode where if you suck when you jump the crowd moves out the way and you fall flat on your face, but if you rock you crowd surf all the way down !. Could all be activated with Star power!

Sorry, when I am playing Guitar Hero the last thing I am doing is watching the background.

Plus, when a proper guitarist plays he doesn't see a big **** off fret board in his field of view

It's fine how it is, I dont watch the background anyway, you should be looking at the fret

It isn't just me then! Got GHII yesterday and after playing all evening it looked like the sofa was expanding - thought I was going mental!

This game is probably one of the best £60 I ever spent.

Still playing it now, but can only 3* most stuff on expert. Pretty much 5* the first 2 sections, 3* the rest and cant do any of the 7th section.

I need more E-numbers or something, I'm not hyperactive enough.
