Guitar Hero: wireless contoller, ps2, how do they hook up?

I believe there is some form of witchcraft present in the guitar.
Seriously though I'm guessing it comes with a bluetooth adapter which plugs into either the ps2's usb or its normal controller ports.
 
I can't verify it for certain for the PS2, however, for the PS3 it comes with a USB dongle you plug into the USB port. I would wager it is the same for the PS2 as typically things like the driving force pro, buzz wireless controllers and singstar microphones work identically for both the PS3 and PS2. The guitar controller comes with the USB dongle so no extra effort is required on your part.
