Guitar techs in NW/Cheshire/Staffs region?

Can anyone recommend any really great guitar techs in the NW/Cheshire/Staffs region?
May be looking at a refret situation for my 1995 "EC" Strat, or a fret dressing situation at least.

This is the guy who does stuff for Sound Control and other music shops in the area.
I can't vouch how good he is though.
