Gumtree Live chat/ phone number/ email????

Hi all,
I'm sure my internet skills have just deserted me but I can't for the life of me find any way of actually contacting Gumtree to report a problem with an advert that has been pulled for no reason.
It was for a campervan and said it was removed for breaking posting rules..
It says they have emailed but they have not and on the helpdesk page it says to contact the service desk but doesn't actually offer any way to do such a thing!! All paths just lead back the helpdesk/faq.

I've spent long enough looking now to be happy to receive a smarmy response about how much of an idiot I am but if it points me in the right direction my ego will gladly accept it!!!

I thought this was going to be a complaint about how difficult it is to hook up on:

pffffffff the OP will be aroused on Gumtree if they posting their phone number and email for live chats.
