Guru advice welcome please

Just bought a new setup and self built for the first time. Consists of:

Asus 8NV SLI Premium M/board
Athlon 3700 san diego chip
A Sapphire GTO2 card that I've opened up to the 16 pipes
2*512 Corsair 3200c2pt ram
250 seagate sata hd
nec dvd re
lite on dvd
sony floppy
astec sonata 2 case and psu


I've been toying with o/clocking and want to know if anyone can give me some better ranges keeping standard stock cooling.

The Bios I've set as

HT Freq - 4*
Dram Memclock - 400Mhz
Cas latencyTCL - 2.5
Min Ras active time TRAS - 6T
Ras to Cas Delay - 3T
Row precharge time TRP - 3T
memory timing - 2T

CPU freq - 240
PCI express clock - 100Mhz
DDR Voltage 2.75v
Chipset Voltage - 1.6v
HT Voltage - 1.25v
CPU Multiplier - *11
CPU Voltage 1.45v

then with Trixx I've set the mem clock to 540 and the VPU clock to 428.63.

I'm a rank beginner and if I've made errors please let me know. Also if anyone has some better settings I would really appreciate it.
