E's a legend an i enjoyed it, light hearted and fun. Looking forward to the others.

How effect is the 20second on off training 6 times. How many times do you need to do it a week. Like once a day, several times a day or what. Have loads of slow twitch, but i recon zero fast twitch muscle.

They've seem to have made a large number of race winning bikes, or at least bikes for race winners.

Why woudlnt you buy a brake pad off them.

One of the best bike builders in the country

Maybe but still run by staff who couldn't care less.
I ended up going to a cycle shop run by one of their ex workers and most of the local team cyclists also go there now.

Yep, and that was the downside to this show. Seem to be massively budget and time restricted. Rather than do it properly.

Bar the location they had a pretty good stab at it.
World renowned frame builder, Olympic gold athlete, monster power lorry with CFD aero and 4+ months training. Even hired a helicopter for ultra low camera work.
No doubt Guy would have been faster on tarmac though.

Also this is part of a mini 4 part series, so I guess some compromise was inevitable.
