I don't know which reading is your NB, but none of the temps above are too hot?

Try HW Monitor or pc wizard as these should hopefully show which is the NB temp.

What board are you using.

also witht the ATX when i conect it i still have 4 small left

should i plug in the small one too???

also the other owners of e5200 their JT max temp is the same as core tems. my one is way higher

hot northbridge doesn't mean that something is wrong. it's the same like nobody is touching car's engine to check if it's hot or not.
so until mb is working ok (you can stress it for several hours using some benchmark etc) then you should not be worried
