Hi all,

I'm having issues with my computer freezing and I believe it's due to my 'GeForce GTX260 896MB'. Can anyone link me to some testing software to see if it's operating flawlessly?

Cheers,
Sam

Try the heaven benchmark program :)

Use msi afterburner to keep an eye on temps and see if its overheating...can be set to show them on screen.

Have you ran memtest to check the ram...usually the first thing to check.

If cpu is overclocked then remove it to see if thats the problem.

My results from heaven benchmark - at the risk of sounding a noob, does this mean my GX card is fine?

Also (as above), my binary is 32bit - is that right? :s

Hmmm Strange because i would have said elevate that you may have something not quite right within your system. Whether it be hardware or software. I say this because i'm also running a GTX 260 with a Q6600 @ 3GHz and this is my score with the exact same settings within Heaven (Even the exact same resolution). I personally would have thought because you are running a lot more powerful CPU that it would help with your scores, even though we know this is a GPU test having a better CPU should work out better. Plus the fact you are going to be running far better system memory also.
