GX740 BSOD Less Or Equal

been getting this weird BSOD today, its happened about 4 times, Memory less or equal IQRL or something along those lines, from what i remember its something to do with ram but i can't be sure, ive basically been trying to transfer some files across to another pc on my network, (which is saying 30 minutes remaining, so less than half an hour and poof the laptop is crashing)
it gets to about 20 minutes or 15 left and the bluescreen appears

im hoping its just one of the many things ive got added to it via usb ports, but can't help thinking its more serious.

Get a boot diagnostics disc like hirens boot cd, test the memory and the hard drive see what they report.

is this the page in question? i couldnt get the boodcd from the website, there was no download for an ISO image or anything, just guides on how to?!

aye, but i need to test it i guess, it crashes after about 3 minutes of being on, its unusable basically

And other other cause happened to me recently.

Hard drive was failing and got the same BSOD. Replacement HDD did the trick.

still trying to find this hirens boot disk or something like it, do i just load the iso on a DVD and boot from that?! the computer will work for random amounts of time between 10 minutes and 2 hours but then it will either blue screen or more recently make the most horrific sound jarring noise ive ever heard! not having fun!
