Gym Membership Fees

my gym is still taking monthly payments from my account, even though they have closed all gyms.

They state they can offer a online aerobics service, therefore they can collect payments.

I am not into aerobic or any kind. I just used weights.

I've emailed them, but they are ignoring me. Should I freeze/ cancel the DD from my account?

I emailed the collection agency and Choices Gym head honchos, letting them know of my displeasure.

My payments have now frozen.
