[H]ard|OCP's VGTU test for potential inclusion into the DC-Vault

Did you check your results ?
Have found a load of my results have a lot less points than they should. Same machine with same run/cpu times, usually 43 or 44 points for a WU are only getting about 9 or 10 points

This is on quite a few machines.

I thought it was to do with pausing the work units but I tried all sorts of ways to get it to drop the credit but couldn't. Doesn't help that all the work was bunkered so the return times were all the same and I would have to look at each task to try and match up possible times/events. Very rough guess was it happened 2% - 5% of the time, nothing in the task log as to anything untoward, they looked just like all the others except for the credits !

I gave up in the end and stopped, I'm mostly Windows at the moment and VGTU likes linux much better.

yer i get the feeling that its down to memory rather then speed as times for my 4770k and 5960x were roughly the same , ddr3 and the ddr4 was slightly faster, linux uses less memory then windoze
