H-I41-uATX Mainboard - Will it take SSD?

appears to be the motherboard a friend has. can't see any SSD listed? assume means it doesn't take it?

Far too old to support m.2 drives of any sort.

Traditional SATA SSDs will work okay but may not run at their maximum speed. Still a worthwhile upgrade from a mechanical SATA drive.
