Are H100's meant to be quite noisy or are they completely silent? When I'm playing games like Battlefield, whilst the temps are fantastic reaching no more than 49c, it just seems to make weird noises and it's quite loud? This is with the side panel off.

Also is a GTX 680 an acceptable card to run at 70-80c? And would it be possible for someone to help me find the cheapest watercooling solution to keep the gpu cool.

thanks

H100 are noisy. as noisy as the fans on them, which iirc can spin at 2,500 rpm. A quiet set of fans (Corsair SP120) would spin at 1/2 that, while giving good temps.

You have to run them in low speed mode (button on the cpu block), which you could do quite happily seeing your temps.

As for GPUs, Accelero Extreme, or antec 920 ghetto mods. Or full on watercooling.

No the H100 has a known fault with the pump and the only way you can fix it is with a resistor in circuit modification... the only other thing you can do is return on RMA or DSR depending on timecales and get the H80 which doesnt have those issues
