H100 Rattling...

Try flicking the pipes. The sound may well be air trapped in the pump. Flicking the pipes or tilting the case can help to dislodge the bubbles which will then settle in the highest point of the radiator.

Try move your case side to side a bit to bleed out the bubbles. Initially when I first installed my Antec Kuhler h2o 920, their was a noise from the pump, but after giving the radiator a bit of a shake, the sound went down a lot.

Also after about a week or so the sound had completely gone. It's from air bubbles in the actual liquid cooling system. Good luck

I'm having this problem at the moment in my custom loop. Shook my case around and tilted it towards myself and could hear the bubbles move around the loop. The pump was making the same sound, like a crackling sound but once moved the sound stopped. Had to refill my loop though as the res went down abit.

There's so many people having this problem. Makes me wonder why Corsair haven't sorted it yet

Corsair H series pump noise can be caused by 4 things:
1) Bubbles in loop - disconnect pump, shake it, wiggle tubes, run the system on its side, do anything that helps move those bubbles...ect (normally goes after 48hrs)
2) Pump getting more then 12v. some PSUs give 12.288v or something like that. you can make a little mod that sorts this out.
3) Faulty Pump - RMA time
4) Pump not fitted right - it can cause vibrations
